Rarewake Vault Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Rarewake Vault ("Vault," "the App"), a trading card inventory application from Rarewake Trading Co. By downloading, accessing, or using Vault, you agree to these Terms.

What The App Does

Rarewake Vault is a trading card inventory and organization tool. Vault can be used to create and manage inventory records, organize cards by storage location and status, scan supported barcodes and QR codes, track graded-card information and certification identifiers, generate printable inventory labels and QR sheets, and export inventory data to CSV.

Version 1.0 uses a local-first design, does not require a Rarewake Vault account, and does not provide Rarewake-operated cloud synchronization.

Inventory Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, scan, import, assign, or otherwise maintain in Vault. Scanner recognition, certification identifiers, card details, locations, conditions, grades, values, costs, statuses, and other inventory information should be reviewed by you before relying on them.

Vault is an organizational tool and does not independently establish ownership, authenticity, condition, grading accuracy, market value, or legal title to any trading card or collectible.

Graded Cards and Certification Information

Vault may allow you to store grading-company information, grades, certification numbers, and optional Vault SKUs for graded cards. Supported scans may recognize information encoded in grading-company barcodes or QR codes.

Rarewake Vault is an independent inventory tool. References to grading companies or their certification identifiers do not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those companies.

Your Data

Vault version 1.0 stores its inventory database locally on your device. Rarewake Vault does not provide its own cloud backup or recovery service in this version.

You are responsible for maintaining copies of data you wish to preserve, including by using Vault's CSV export functionality where appropriate. Your device or operating-system provider may separately provide device backup services depending on your settings.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rarewake Vault and Rarewake Trading Co. are not responsible for data loss caused by device loss or damage, deletion of the App or its data, operating-system behavior, backup failure, storage failure, or similar circumstances outside our control.

QR Codes, Labels, and Printing

Vault can generate QR codes, inventory identifiers, printable labels, and printable QR sheets for inventory-management purposes. You are responsible for reviewing generated identifiers and print output before using them to label or organize physical inventory.

Printer behavior, scaling, paper handling, device compatibility, and third-party printing services may vary. Rarewake does not guarantee compatibility with every printer, label stock, paper type, holder, sleeve, or other physical inventory system.

Acceptable Use

You may use Vault for personal, collecting, inventory, trading, or business purposes involving trading cards or other inventory you are authorized to manage.

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to interfere with its normal operation or security, use it to violate applicable law or the rights of others, or falsely represent an affiliation with Rarewake Trading Co.

Third-Party Names and Services

Trading card names, games, sets, artwork, grading-company names, certification systems, trademarks, and other third-party names or marks belong to their respective owners.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Rarewake Vault is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected with trading card publishers, grading companies, marketplaces, or other third parties referenced by users or within inventory records.

No Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vault is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device or accessory, or suitable for every inventory workflow.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rarewake Vault and Rarewake Trading Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of inventory data, business information, profits, or opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Rarewake Vault, its original software, interface, branding, design, and Rarewake-owned content and marks are owned by Rarewake Trading Co. or its applicable rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Rarewake Vault or Rarewake intellectual property to you.

App Store Terms

If you obtain Rarewake Vault through Apple's App Store, your use of the App is also subject to applicable Apple terms, including the end-user license agreement that applies to the download.

Changes To The App

Vault may be updated over time. Future versions may add, modify, or remove functionality, including features involving network connectivity, cloud synchronization, accounts, analytics, pricing information, or other services.

We may update these Terms when appropriate to reflect material changes to Vault or applicable requirements. The effective date above will be updated when these Terms are revised.

Privacy

Your use of Vault is also subject to the Rarewake Vault Privacy Policy, which describes how information is handled in version 1.0.
