Fast, Structured Intake

Built For Slabs Too
Track grading company, grade, and certification number. Supported PSA and CGC scans can identify slab certification information without requiring you to cover the holder with another label.
Optional Vault SKUs For Graded Cards
A graded slab can use its existing certification number as its physical identity, or you can optionally assign a permanent Vault SKU and generate a Rarewake QR label for your own inventory system.
No Label Printer Required
Generate sheets of reserved QR inventory tags on ordinary US Letter paper. Print them with a normal printer, cut them out, and place them inside or behind card holders and toploaders.
Storage Locations You Define
Set up the physical system you actually use — boxes, binders, shelves, cases, drawers, or anything else — and assign inventory directly to those locations.

Local-First By Design
Your Vault inventory database lives locally on your device. Version 1.0 requires no Vault account and no Rarewake-operated cloud synchronization.

Export your inventory to CSV whenever you want a separate copy for backup, analysis, or use outside the app.

Vault supports dedicated thermal labels, but it doesn't require them. Generate a batch of unique QR inventory identifiers, print them on ordinary paper, cut them out, and put them into your existing card-storage workflow.
Local-first on purpose.
Rarewake Vault 1.0 focuses on physical inventory identity, scanning, organization, and location tracking. It does not currently provide Rarewake-operated cloud sync, Vault accounts, live market pricing, automated card metadata recognition, or multi-device synchronization. Those capabilities may evolve in future versions.
