Know what you own.
Know where it is.
As a collection grows, knowing that you own a card stops being enough. Rarewake Vault scans a card's physical SKU, creates a permanent record, and tells you exactly which storage location it lives in. Currently in development for iPhone.
A growing collection outgrows memory fast.
You remember buying the card. You remember roughly what it's worth. What you don't remember, six months and four storage boxes later, is which box, which binder page, or which drawer it's actually sitting in.
Rarewake Vault treats that as an inventory problem, not a memory problem — because it is one.
Version 1.0 — built around one workflow.
Scan a physical SKU, identify the exact card, know exactly where it's stored. Everything below is available now, on-device.
Code 128 SKU Scanning
Use your iPhone camera to scan Code 128 SKU labels and pull up the matching inventory record instantly.
Fast, Structured Intake
Create a persistent record for each physical card, with Pokémon species/name autocomplete to speed up entry, plus condition, acquisition cost, and status tracking.
Storage Locations You Define
Set up your own physical storage locations — boxes, binders, shelves, whatever system you actually use — and assign cards to them.
Search By SKU Or Card
Find any item in your inventory by scanning its SKU or searching by card information.
Works Without A Connection
Your inventory database lives locally on your device. Core functionality doesn't depend on a network connection.
CSV Export
Export your full inventory to CSV whenever you want a copy outside the app.
Version 1.0 is intentionally local-first.
Rarewake Vault does not currently include cloud sync, user accounts, live market pricing, automated card recognition, or multi-device sync. Those may come in future versions — version 1.0 is focused on getting the core scan-and-locate workflow right, fully offline.
Coming to the App Store.
Rarewake Vault is currently in development for iPhone. There is no live App Store listing yet — this page will link directly to it once one exists.
