Rarewake Vault Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Rarewake Vault (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

Publisher

Rarewake Vault is developed and published by Nicholas Manning, operating as Rarewake Trading Co., an independently operated business based on Long Island, New York.

What The App Does

Rarewake Vault is a trading card inventory tool, currently in development for iPhone. It helps you scan Code 128 SKU labels, create records for physical cards, assign them to storage locations you define, and export your inventory to CSV. Version 1.0 operates locally on your device and does not require an account.

Your Data

Your inventory data is stored on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data (for example, via CSV export) if you want a copy outside the app. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device loss, damage, deletion of the app, or similar circumstances, to the extent permitted by law.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — organizing and tracking your own physical card inventory — and not to attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse the App.

No Warranties

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rarewake Vault and Rarewake Trading Co. are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including loss of inventory data.

Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and the Rarewake Vault name and marks are the property of Rarewake Trading Co. Card names, artwork, and trademarks referenced within the App belong to their respective owners; Rarewake Vault is an independent inventory tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies.

Changes To The App

Future versions of the App may add, change, or remove features, including introducing cloud synchronization or accounts. These Terms will be updated as needed to reflect material changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
